Sports Program FAQs

Before your session, you’ll complete an interview (which I’ll send you by email) called a nutritional survey.
There you will tell me about your main goals, your complaints and symptoms and your current lifestyle.
I’ll also ask you to send me your most recent blood tests (if you have it).
I’ll study your case before I see you and analyze the ideal paths and strategies to achieve your goals, so that we can discuss them together in the session.

The session takes place via Google Meet App.
I’ll send you the link a few minutes before the session. Just choose a quiet place and click to start the consultation. Headphones are always recommended.
It’s simple and easy.

The first session lasts approximately 1 hour. The second session (delivery of the diet) lasts approximately 30 minutes.

The accelerating results method is a quick method that allows me to follow up with the client every 15 days for a period of 3 months. Through a personalized questionnaire (360 degrees), sent by me and answered by the client, I will be able to analyze progress and difficulties. In this way, I can help, guide and direct the client on their journey to achieve their goals. This is also where the materials and resources for the best progress of the program come in.

As it is not possible to carry out a physical assessment in the online session, I will ask for anthropometric data, such as weight, stature, abdominal circumference, and body photos (if needed). Tests such as DEXA and/or Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) may also be asked (if available).

At the end of the first session, we will schedule the following session according to your availability.
